| | The general public is being given the opportunity to vote for their favourite Maltese fireworks display in competition. Each sms will cost € 0.58 (vat inclusive) and a maximum of three SMS's may be sent from each mobile number. | |

| | Terms and conditions | |

| | 1. To participate in the competition, you must send an SMS to one of the five numbers attached to the five Maltese Fireworks factories participating in this year's competition and enter into the chance of winning an iPad. | |
| | | |
| | 2. The competition is open to everyone over 16 years of age. | |
| | | |
| | 3. To be eligible for the draw you must send your SMS by not earlier than the 29th of April 2011 starting at 21.00 hours but not later than Sunday 1st May 2011 ending at 12.00 hours. | |

| | 4. By participating in the SMS voting, participants signify their consent to the following terms and conditions of the promotion (the "Terms and Conditions") and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions. | |

| | 5. Each participant is allowed to vote 3 times from any particular mobile number. Votes over and above the 3 allowed will not be considered for the competition but may nonetheless be charged. | |

| | 6. Each SMS sent costs .55 Euro cents including VAT. | |

| | 7. We shall not be held liable and we shall not accept any responsibility in the event that any SMSs are not received for any reason whatsoever. | |

| | 8. The Malta International Fireworks Festival reserves the right to amend the competition structure, end date and conditions at any time, by giving adequate prior notice according to law. | |
| | | |
| | 9. A selected participant will be randomly chosen among the SMS voters and will be notified via a call from the Malta International Fireworks Festival. | |
| | | |
| | 10. The selected participant will be asked a skill question and if answered correctly s/he will be declared as being the Prize winner and will be awarded a prize. In the event that the question is not answered correctly, the Malta International Fireworks Festival will proceed to select another participant. | |

| | 11. The Prize winner's name/s will also be published on the Malta Tourism Authority Website www.mta.com.mt | |

| | 12. In order to be awarded the Prize, the winner shall agree and accept to have his/her photo taken receiving the Prize and shall give us his/her written consent in order for us to use the said photo on any media communications including but not limited to newspapers, internet and social networking websites for promotional purposes. | |

| | 13. The prize will not be transferable to another person. | |
| | | |
| | 14. The Prize or part thereof is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize. | |
| | | |
| | 15. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. | |

| | 16. The Prize /s must be collected by the winner. On presentation of his/her handset, by not later than a month of the competition end date. If such prize is not collected then another winner will be selected as per Terms 10 and 11 above. | |

| | 17. The decision in regard to all elements of the competition will be final. | |

| | 18. By voting, all participants are hereby giving their consent for their mobile number to form part of the database of the Malta Tourism Authority and by Vodafone Malta Limited in order to promote services, products and/or offers and furthermore are giving their consent to receiving such promotions. | |
