WIN A TRIP TO MALTA! Competition - Terms & Conditions: 1. This prize is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of Malta Tourism Authority, Sheffield United Football Club, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition. The draw will be announced at half time at home games at SUFC - Bramall Lane. Details registered with visitmalta.com will then be matched with attendees at the game and a customer number will be chosen at random. 2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 3. The winner will win a 4 night stay for two adults in a 5-star hotel on The Maltese Islands staying in a twin room on a bed and breakfast basis. The prize includes: return flights from the UK (subject to availability); transfers between the hotel and the airport. The prize does not include travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental costs other than those mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip. 4. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non transferable. There are no cash alternatives. Winner must be one of the person/s travelling. Prize can not be redeemed during the months of July, August and September Easter, bank holidays, Christmas and other school holidays. The prize must be taken by end of December 2010. 5. Once flight arrangements are booked, you will be sent the details of the booking. It will not be possible thereafter to amend any dates or details. 6. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. 7. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof. 8. The Malta Tourism Authority reserves the right to withdraw any prize should it later be found out that the terms and conditions were not adhered to. 9. The Malta Tourism Authority accept no responsibility if flights are cancelled or changed after the booking is made due to reasons beyond its control. Winners are always advised to check on line the timings of the departure and arrivals of the flights they will be travelling on.

We will use the information you provide to: • fulfill your requests, competition entries, participation in campaigns and provision of information; • record any contact we have with you; • provide you with information which we think may be of interest to you, as explained below. By entering a visitmalta / sufc competition you will generally be agreeing to receive mailings, emails or text messages from visitmalta / sufc. In other situations, when submitting your personal information, you will be given the option not to be included in mailings or other contacts from visitmalta or other organisations (whether by post, e-mail or other electronic messaging, telephone or fax).
