The rehabilitation of two rooms and underground air raid shelter at Couvre’ Porte Gate, Vittoriosa, has been converted into the home-front Malta At War Museum. This project includes an exhibit that establishes the dedication of the long years of ordeal endured by the Maltese nation during the WWII. Prominence is given to the civilian dimension of the conflict in Malta. Opening Hours & Admission Fees: Open Tuesday - Sunday from 10:00 till 17.00hrs (except Good Friday, Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Day). Entrance fees inclusive of Museum display, guided tour in underground shelters and viewing of Malta G.C. original wartime documentary is as follows:€7.00 adults €6.00 children up to 16 yrs Family (2 adults & 3 children under 16yrs): €15.00Guided tours and film shows are held on the hour.
