This prize is open to the winner of the competition run by VisitMalta UK through https://www.visitmalta.com/en/phil-in-malta. The winner must be 18 years or over and live in the United Kingdom. The winner will be drawn on the 01st November 2024 and contacted by email by the 15th November 2024.
No applicants can be employed by the Malta Tourism Authority or subsidiaries thereof.

The prize is subject to availability and as per the airline and hotel vouchers and departures are only from London. Travel is not permitted over the Easter Holidays and from July 1st to September 30th 2025.

The Airline tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Miles and mileage accrual will not be permitted on these tickets. Flight tickets are valid for travel in Economy Class on a return basis. The relevant class fare conditions shall apply.

The prize includes a three night hotel stay for two people including breakfast and return flights from London.
The prize winner is liable for all other charges and incidentals at the hotel during their stay. The hotel details will be confirmed directly to the winner upon completing their competition winners form. Visit Malta requires a minimum 5 working days to confirm flight and accommodation details.
Tickets cannot be used in relation or in conjunction with a group.
Passengers are responsible for obtaining the necessary passport and/or visa as well as any other requirements needed for the destination and transfer points well in advance.
All other costs including additional airline tickets/routes, airline transfers, travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental expenses are not part of the prize.
There are no cash alternatives.
Winner must be one of the person/s travelling.

Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the promoter as a result thereof.

Visit Malta reserves the right to withdraw any prize should it later be found that the terms and conditions were not adhered to. Airline T&C’s are also applicable.
Visit Malta accepts no responsibility if flights are cancelled or changed after the booking is made due to reasons beyond its control. Winners are always advised to check online the timings of the departure and arrivals of the flights they will be travelling on.
