Summer 2023 Prize Draw
- This prize is open to the winner of the competition run by Visit Malta UK through our social media accounts (Facebook / Instagram / Tik Tok) courtesy of YouTravel. The winner must be 18 years or over and live in the UK and Ireland
- Â The winner will be drawn on the 16th September 2023 and contacted by email by the 30th September 2023
- No applicants can be employed by Visit Malta, YouTravel or Essence MediaCom
- The flights are subject to availability and as per the airline vouchers and departures are only available from London airports, the airline voucher is valid until 19.03.2024 and travel period is valid up to 25.03.2024
- The Airline tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Miles and mileage accrual will not be permitted on these tickets
- Travel is not permitted one week before/after Christmas and New Years Eve (31st December 2023). Tickets are valid for travel in Economy Class on a return basis. The relevant class fare conditions shall apply.
- Booking request is to be made by sending an email to : [email protected] who will connect the winner with YouTravel for availability and booking. Attaching a copy of this voucher/these terms and conditions. YouTravel requires a minimum 5 working days to confirm flight and accommodation details. Tickets cannot be used in relation to or in conjunction with a group.
- Passengers are responsible for obtaining the necessary passport and/or visas as well as any other requirements needed for the destinations and transfer points well in advance
- All other costs including airline transfers, travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental expenses are not part of the prize.
- It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip. (https://www.visitmalta.com/en/covid-19/)
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. Winner must be one of the person/s travelling.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attached to the promoter as a result thereof
- Visit Malta reserves the right to withdraw any prize should it later be found out the terms and conditions were not adhered to. Airline T&C’s also applicable
- Visit Malta accept no responsibility if flights are cancelled or changed after the booking is made due to reasons beyond its control. Winners are always advised to check online the timings of the departure and arrivals of the flights they will be travelling on.
- The winner will be drawn at random after the competition has closed.
