Ħad-Dingli The village of Ħad-Dingli lies on a plateau some 250 metres above sea level just in land from the spectacular Dingli Cliffs. Ħal Balzan Ħal Balzan is one of the so-called Three Villages, along with neighbouring Ħal Lija and Ħ'Attard, that lie at the heart of Malta.
