olijfolie<\/li>\n<li>3 eetlepels water<\/li>\n<li>Peper en zout<\/li>\n<li>200g erwten (diepvries is prima)<\/li>\n<li>200g ricottakaas<\/li>\n<li>1 eigeel<\/li>\n<li>1 ei<\/li>\n<li>30g Geraspte Parmezaanse kaas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bereiding:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2><strong>Het Deeg<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Rol het deeg in elkaar, zodat het eruit ziet als de tweede afbeelding hieronder. Bewaar in de koelkast tot de vulling klaar is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>De vulling<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Hak de uien en laat deze zweten (koken zonder ze te laten verkleuren) in de olijfolie. Voeg na een paar minuten 1 eetlepel water toe, zodat de uien gaar worden en niet verbranden.<\/li>\n<li>Zodra al het water verdampt is, voeg je de erwten en het resterende water toe, zodat de erwten kunnen koken. Pureer de erwten lichtjes tijdens het koken met de achterkant van een lepel om een papperige textuur te verkrijgen (zoals hieronder).<\/li>\n<li>Zodra de erwten gaar zijn, zoals hieronder, doe je ze over in een kom en laat je ze een paar minuten afkoelen.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg het eigeel, de parmezaanse kaas en de ricotta aan de erwten toe. Meng met behulp van een lepel of schone handen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Bereidingswijze van de pastizzi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Haal het bladerdeeg uit de koelkast en snijd het in schijven van 1,5 cm zodat je het ronde patroon en laagjes bladerdeeg in het midden kunt zien.<\/li>\n<li>Knijp met je handen zachtjes in het deeg om iets dunnere ronde stukjes deeg te maken, zoals hieronder.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg een eetlepel van het erwtenmengsel toe aan de stukjes deeg en sluit ze, zodat een halvemaanvorm ontstaat.<\/li>\n<li>Leg de pastizzi op een bakplaat bekleed met bakpapier.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Het bakken<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Verwarm de oven voor op 190 graden Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Smeer de pastizzi in met wat ei (1 losgeklopt ei)<\/li>\n<li>Bak
