London Art Fair Prize Draw
- This prize is open to the winner of the competition run by Visit Malta at the London Art Fair 2024. The winner must be 18 years or over and live in the UK and Ireland
- The winner will be drawn and contacted by email by the 31st January 2024
- No applicants can be employed by Visit Malta, Malta Biennale or the London Art Fair (Immediate Media)
- The flights are subject to availability from London Gatwick or London Heathrow and valid between 1st March to 31st May 2024 (Excluding Easter bank holiday weekend).
- The Airline tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Miles and mileage accrual will not be permitted on these tickets
- Flight tickets are valid for travel in Economy Class on a return basis. The relevant class fare conditions shall apply. Checked Baggage allowance 1 x 23kg. Hand baggage allowance 1 x 10kg
- Booking request is to be made by sending an email to [email protected]Â Attaching a copy of the voucher & these terms and conditions. A minimum of 5 working days is required to confirm flight details. Tickets cannot be used in relation to or in conjunction with a group or tour organised by a travel agent/tour operator.
- All other costs including airline transfers, travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental expenses are not part of the prize.
- It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. Winner must be one of the person/s travelling.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attached to the promoter as a result thereof.
- Visit Malta reserves the right to withdraw any prize should it later be found out the terms and conditions were not adhered to of Airline and Hotel.
- Visit Malta accepts no responsibility if flights are cancelled or changed after the booking is made due to reasons beyond its control. Winners are always advised to check online the timings of the departure and arrivals of the flights they will be travelling on.
- Hotels terms – 1 double occupancy room for three nights including breakfast at AX The Saint John, Valletta. Valid during the Malta Biennale from the 1st March to the 31st May 2024. (Excluding Easter) subject to availabilty.
- Biennale ticket terms – 1 Seven Day pass for 2 persons to be used during the Malta Biennale from the 1st March to the 31st May 2024
